We hand cutting and handcrafting each garment in our esteemed Kowloon workshop, where our team of professionals brings their expertise to life. Our ultimate passion lies in crafting suits and shirts with an unparalleled work of craftsmanship, specifically tailored to accentuate your body type and embrace your unique individual style.

Our Process

STEP 1

The journey starts with you booking an appointment with us. (Click here) to book now, alternatively call us on +852-5520-1121 or email us at sales@gilltailor.com

In the initial meeting, your requirements Will be discussed and our fashion consultant Will than offer expert advice on the fabric and style based on your preferences, lifestyle and build.

STEP 2

You choose a material that is best fit for your requirement, if you are not too sure, don’t worry! We will help you in pick the right fabric from more than 20 thousands of sample swatches ranging from suits and jackets to trousers and waistcoats. We also offer a range of overcoats, blazers, shirts, Tuxedo suits, morning jackets, sportsi jackets, dresses, ladies’ suits, and ladies’ blouses

STEP 3

Once we have finalized the fabric, we will discuss on the style and details of your suit or shirt, how many buttons for the jacket. single or double breasted, pleated or flat front trousers, notch-peak-shawl collar, matching or contrast lining inside jacket, collar style for the shirt. You can bring a picture from a magazine or your favorite fit suit-shirt to copy it identical.

STEP 4

At this time all the required measurements will be taken to make your suit fit like a glove. For the intricate pattern cutting process, we will also take front/back profile digital photographs and we pass these photographs to our master cutter to help him determine your body posture, shoulder shape and other details to produce the perfect fit.

STEP 5

Now that the measurements are taken, we will email your order back to our workshop in Hong Kong for processing right away and further quality checks are done after the garments is finish to ensure the highest standard possible before dispatching out orders to our clients

STEP 6

Finally you have received your order within 3-4 weeks from the date of ordering and at this stage, please look over all the details and if any adjustments is required than do not hesitate to come and see us, Gill Tailor team visit your city 3-4 times a year and we will make everything fits the way you want it at no extra cost.
